50 PLUS EXERCISE, YOGA & WEIGHT LOSS FREE GROUP PROGRAMS

I’m of the belief that to thrive in good physical, mental and spiritual health as well, we can all appreciate social connection together with activity. Especially in these times. So for this reason I’ve created 50 PLUS Fitness Online Exercise & Yoga classes. Furthermore, these programs are designed not only for those of us over fifty, but seniors as well.

What’s more, you can look forward to group classes that are fun, affordable, social and community centred! On top of that and for a limited time, I’m offering my online & outdoor classes free-of-charge right now. Please see below for online class descriptions, ZOOM info, days and times.

Do you love the great outdoors! And want to join a weekly walking group or partake in small-group personal training in the park? Join us for free fitness walks on beautiful Chain-of-Lakes Trai and Fitness in the Park in Halifax, NS. The walking club is a community program and always free. And Fitness in the Park class as an introductory offer and for a limited time is free right now. If you’re looking for private weight loss coaching or one-on-one training, I also offer online Personal Training.
