Halifax 50 Plus & Senior Fitness & Yoga Classes
Weekly Walk Club

I’ve created Halifax 50 Plus Fitness & Yoga Classes, as well a Free Weekly Walk Club not only for men and women over 50 but for seniors as well.

Currently online, these strength and Yoga stretch classes are live and interactive and easy to join.

And for outdoor lovers, my 50 Plus Fitness Weekly Walk Club is a community walk group, is free of charge and open to all.

To be sure public gym exercise and Yoga classes are not for everyone, In particular right now. In addition to safety concerns, it’s not uncommon to feel awkward and lacking confidence. For these reasons and more my online classes are not only convenient, they’re small, personal and perfect for the times.

I also offer Halifax Therapeutic Senior Fitness 6-week strength and stretch programs designed for inactive seniors and those new to exercise.

And if you’re looking for Personal Training, I offer Halifax Private Studio and In-Home Personal Training as well as Online Training.

For outdoor fitness lovers join us each week on beautiful city park trail walks! This community walking club is free of charge and open to all. It is a walking pace challenging enough to improve your fitness level and also comfortable for talking. And we walk trails that are groomed and flat, or have small inclines.
