For Haligonians in their 50’s and beyond, I provide community centred, social and fun outdoor & virtual Strength, Yoga and Weight Loss programs.
For all-season fresh air fitness lovers, I also offer a 50 Plus Weekly Walk Club on beautiful city park trails in Halifax, NS. This community walk club operates year-round and is open to everyone.

To be sure big box gyms are not for everyone, In particular right now. In addition to safety concerns, it’s not uncommon to feel awkward and lacking confidence in large, impersonal group classes. For these reasons and more my outdoor as well as virtual classes are not only convenient, they’re small, personalized and perfect for the times.
I also offer Halifax Therapeutic Senior Fitness 6-week strength and stretch programs designed for inactive seniors and those new to exercise.
And if you’re looking for Personal Training, I provide in-home Personal Training serving Fairmount, Clayton Park, Hydrostone and North End in Halifax, NS. As well, I provide online virtual training too.

From standing Vinyasa Yoga to mat-based relaxing stretch Yoga, become flexible, fit and strong in these outdoor and virtual small group programs.
Slow Flow Yoga is a standing Yoga series that joins breath with movement to slowly flow from pose-to-pose in a smooth manner. Feeling like a lovely meditation in motion. For intermediate Yogis, as well as currently practicing beginner Yogis.
Deep Stretch Yoga is a lying down Yoga designed for anyone wanting to improve their flexibility. Safely stretch stiff, tight and sore muscles while gently easing joint discomfort. Relax your body, calm your mind and enhance overall wellbeing. Designed for all fitness levels.

From outdoor Small Group Training to online as well as outdoor muscle conditioning classes, become stronger, fitter and more toned in these outdoor and virtual strength programs.
Get fit in the great outdoors with Outdoor Circuit Training group exercise class in the park. This is the perfect program if you enjoy fresh air fitness and also like the idea of Small Group Training. Open to all fitness levels.
From Abs & Arms to Cardio Core these outdoor and virtual classes target the areas we want to tone the most. Open to all fitness levels.
Halifax 50 Plus Weight Loss Get Fit Programs
Get fit and lose weight in this virtual and outdoor program. Ideal for those who want to kick start their weight loss or shed the stubborn last 5 pounds.
I’ve designed this program to meet you where you’re at in your personal weight loss journey and help you to reach your goals.
This structured program is an all-inclusive package that includes the following weekly group classes: Strength, Cardio Core, Yoga, as well as my weekly Fit-Over-50 Walk Club. For a total of four classes every week.

Halifax 50 Plus Weekly Walk Club
Join us each week for beautiful Halifax city park trail walks! This community Fit-Over-50 Walk Club runs all year round and is open to everyone. **Now two walks a week!**
What you can look forward to is a social exercise walk including warm-up, stretch, fitness walk and cool-down stretch.
We walk trails that are groomed, flat, or with small inclines. Walking pace is challenging enough to improve your fitness level and also comfortable for talking.
