A Personal Trainer with more than two decades of experience, I am a certified Senior Fitness Specialist, Medication Exercise Specialist and Hatha Yoga Instructor.
I enjoy getting to know each client as an individual. You receive a personalized and hands-on approach to your fitness and health. Importantly so you not only feel taken care of, looking forward to your training sessions but also become educated in the most effective strength exercises and stretches for you.
I provide 50 Plus & Seniors Personal Training in your home serving Fairmount, Clayton Park, Quinpool, Hydrostone & North End Halifax. As well, I offer online virtual training.

Hence reaching your goals with not only correct exercise, but also proper sequencing, pace and intensity. I take into account goal shifts and health changes. As a result you stay on track with safe, progressive adjustments.
✓ Personalized Wellness Plan. Experience your healthiest life not just now but 5, 10 and 20 years from now! This is a tailor-made fitness and wellness plan based on your lifestyle, health goals and activity enjoyments.

✓ Assisted Stretch Therapy. Lay back, breathe and relax. Indulge in Assisted Stretch Therapy that completes each of your training sessions. Help to improve your flexibility, joint health and maintain pain-free movement with Assisted Stretch Therapy.
✓ Heart Rate Training can not only greatly improve heart health (at every age) but is also required protocol to manage heart disease and post heart event rehabilitation. I ensure you exercise at the right level, for you by focussing on heart rate training not only in session but also as part of your Personal Wellness Plan. Heart rate training will also help to lower your blood pressure, manage type 2 diabetes, significantly help with weight loss and control or even eradicate numerous other health issues.

A commitment of one (minimum) session per week required. 11-packs expire 1-year from date of purchase.
Serving Fairmount, Clayton Park, Quinpool, Hydrostone & North End Halifax. Sessions are 55-minutes.

ONLINE VIRTUAL TRAINING
$50 Single Session
$500 11-Pack
Receive one complimentary session per pre-paid 10-pack.

A commitment of one (minimum) session per week required. 11-packs expire 1-year from date of purchase.
Virtual Training sessions are done via ZOOM. Sessions are 45-minutes.
Personal Training appointments are designed and reserved for you. Less than 24-hours cancellation prior to your scheduled session will result in a full session fee charge. This applies to both In-Home and Virtual training.
